What if there were a pathway to ensure that every individual has access to mental health support and opportunities for personal growth?
we use the arts as a powerful form of therapy to inspire hope and resilience among refugees. Through drawings, music, dance, and poetry, we create a safe space for healing and self-expression.
Art for hope overview
Art for Hope is a non-profit organization founded in 2016 in Dzaleka Refugee Camp, born from a powerful vision to transform pain into purpose. Established by a survivor of trauma who personally experienced the healing power of yoga and the arts, the organization was created to provide refugees with a safe and compassionate space to heal, grow, and thrive. What began as small yoga sessions within the camp quickly evolved into a comprehensive community program addressing mental health, education, creative expression, and holistic wellness.
